Description
Ali Güngörmüş is a successful professional chef who is known to gourmets from his appearances on TV. In 2006 he was awarded a Michelin star. His passion for flavours and quality ingredients also flows into the spice blends he developed for Ankerkraut.
For the "Kebab" spice mix, Güngörmüş uses sweet paprika, sea salt and cumin which are harmoniously refined with oregano, mint and cinnamon. The spice can be used to make the eponymous Turkish speciality, but can also be added to many other dishes, especially braised dishes lamb or vegetables. Tip: Add some of this spice to a tomato sauce for a really fine flavour.
